Neosilk produces recombinant proteins in a large scale and develops silk-based new materials for pharmaceutical and medical purposes using our core technology "high level expression of recombinant proteins in cocoons of transgenic silkworms”. This technology was invented by the Transgenic Silkworm Project, Hiroshima BioCluster at Hiroshima Prefectural Institute of Industrial Science and Technology in collaboration with National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences.
